Joy Behar Invites Kid Rock on ‘The View’ After Fox News Remarks

'Fox And Friends' Is Very Sorry Kid Rock Called Joy Behar A 'B*tch' On Live TV

The comment follows a Fox & Friends interview Friday in which Kid Rock used an expletive to describe Joy Behar of "The View".

If you recall, Behar criticized his visit to the White House a year ago with Sarah Palin and Ted Nugent, to which she called it "the saddest day in in the history of the White House since the British burned it to the ground in 1814".

In this October 17 photo, Kid Rock performs during a rally for Republican U.S. Senate candidate John James in Pontiac, Mich. Nashville's mayor might be a no-show at a city Christmas parade if Kid Rock serves as grand marshal.

"Aside from joking, which I was, it's just go out, you know, and hash it out with people and have your thoughts and ideas, but be able to still go have a beer with somebody", Rock reasoned. "We apologize for that", he said. On his Facebook page Rock apologized for swearing, but not the sentiment.

Fox co-host Steve Doocy quickly reacted to the insult, telling Rock he could "not say that" and apologizing to viewers.

"We do need to apologize", she said.

Musician Kid Rock has been replaced by Waffle House shooting hero James Shaw Jr.as Grand Marshal in Nashville's Christmas Parade.

The decision to drop the rock star comes after Nashville Mayor David Briley sent out a statement saying that he would be less "inclined not to participate" if Rock was kept as the grand marshal.

For her part, Behar invited Kid Rock to come on "The View" and discuss his opinion. "I wish he would practice what he preaches", she said. 'Why don't they go after the big shots?'

"People need to calm down, get a little less politically correct and I would say you know, love everybody".

'I don't agree with that.

The main sponsors include Piedmont Natural Gas and five bars on Nashville's main nightlife strip, including Kid Rock's establishment. "... I don't think it's appropriate what he said". What surprises me about Bob, doing this, I have had many interactions with him.he is a big Republican.

Prior to the announcement about Shaw being honored, Nashville Mayor David Briley said he was "leaning toward" skipping the event if Kid Rock remained the grand marshal.
