Aamir Khan will make a rare television appearance on Sunday’s episode of Koffee with Karan

And now he is arriving with the much anticipated 'Thugs of Hindostan.' This film of Aamir has become a national talk and also got the required hype too.

And while Thugs of Hindostan has set off fireworks at the box-office, the film has apparently failed to impress the film critics and audiences alike. "#TOH is a golden opportunity lost, a ‬KING-SIZED DISAPPOINTMENT!"

Speaking about the rest of the characters, the film reviewer noted that while Amitabh Bachchan as Khudabaksh looks exhausted, Katrina's role as Surraiya is limited to three short scenes and 2 songs. Stating that all that glitters is not gold fits well with Thugs of Hindostan, the film critic added that there are some engrossing moments in the first hour but rest of the film is filled with fomula ridden plot, convenient screenplay and unimpressive direction. Coming as a Diwali special, the magnum-opus stars Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh as part of a star-studded ensemble that held our captive right since the film's announcement. "Taran Adarsh wrote on his Twitter,"#ThugsOfHindostan screen count...

"Thugs of Hindostan is a colossal disappointment!" Aamir and Big B = GOOD and they try to be the saving grace but they remain as caricatures! With such a start, the movie is all set to do some serious fireworks at the box office, in a days to come.

On the other hand, some of the moviegoers seemed to like the film and called Thugs of Hindostan as a visual feast.

When Aamir was told about the same, his reaction was that of eyeballs popping out, post which he said, "I personally believe that ticket price should be cheaper and cheaper so that a greater number of people can go and watch the film".
