RAGING Donald Trump branded CCN reporter Jim Acosta a'terrible person

Earlier in the day, President Donald Trump called Acosta a "rude, bad person" during a press conference and tried to cut off his questioning.

"This conduct is absolutely unacceptable", Sanders said in a statement. CNN released a statement calling the president "dangerous", claiming that he "does not respect a free press".

Acosta had been questioning Trump about his claim that a caravan of migrants posed a threat to the US when the President turned on the journalist.

It says: "These frames do not appear in the original C-SPAN footage, and appear to exaggerate the action of Acosta".

Acosta held onto it, and raised his arm to stop the aide from taking it, in the process making contact with her. "You have a president that does not live in a fact-based world a lot of the time and his tone was so aggressive, but you also have people in the press core that are constantly aching to make the headlines and to get those soundbites". Their first melodramatic statement called Trump's latest jabs at the media "disturbingly un-American".

She added that Acosta's pass was suspended until further notice.

The White House is suspending the credentials of a CNN journalist hours after a testy exchange with US President Donald Trump.

Earlier in the day Trump called Acosta "a rude, bad person" as he tried to ask the president a question.

Defending Acosta, the CNN said the Trump administration's decision was "a threat to democracy".

Trump told Acosta to sit down and demanded someone take away his microphone.

"You should let me run the country", Trump said. I think they're trying to shut us down.

Blatantly lying to the public and demonizing the press are just two of the many troubling aspects of how the White House is handling this issue. "When you are holding something and you snatch this from me, this is now an extension of me and that means you've battered me, you've assaulted me".

But that question that I posed today was very timely, because just today, Patrick Casey, a leader of Identity Evropa, which is - which the Southern Poverty Law Center says is part of the alt-right and white nationalist movement, tweeted that he was at the White House today.

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway piled onto the false allegation on Thursday in an interview on Fox News.

Throughout the Trump presidency, Acosta has built a reputation of grandstanding to the point that it had become an art form.

He said that until the revocation, Sessions' departure was likely to be the topic of Acosta's and others' reporting this evening. "I never thought that in this country I wouldn't be able to cover the president of the United States just for asking a question", he said.
