OnePlus 6T Arrives October 30

Ahead of its official release, the device has now popped up on Amazon India which has listed the upcoming device for pre-booking from the date of the launch, all the way to October 30.

After weeks of speculations, OnePlus finally confirmed to unveil the new Android flagship OnePlus 6T later this month. Also, the Chinese smartphone maker is said to hold the Global Launch event in India, which again turned out to be fake news as the brand scheduled a global event in New York City on the same day. OnePlus fans can get their launch invitation from October 17. This will be a global launch event and attendees will be the first in the world to experience the OnePlus 6T at the experience zone at the launch venue, claims the company.

Those who purchase tickets not only get to be at the event but also get a hands-on experience of the OnePlus 6T, meet OnePlus community members, get exclusive merchandise and also get a free pair of OnePlus Bullets Wireless earphones worth $69. Yes, it will support face recognition unlock feature and the new addition is the in-screen fingerprint sensor.

Exactly what that "exciting announcement" will be isn't entirely clear, but thanks to the deployment of the #OnePlus6T hashtag, we know it's eat least in some way related to the upcoming handset.

As per previous reports, OnePlus 6T is tipped to feature a 6.4-inch Optic AMOLED full-HD+ display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, coupled with 6GB and 8GB RAM options and up to 256GB of onboard storage. Note that the tickets will be available for Rs 999. At that price, the OnePlus 6 is a steal deal and it's a must buy for users who can't stretch their budget beyond Rs 30,000.
