Microsoft Launcher 5.0 for Android brings new Feed UI, Timeline support, and more

With You Phone, users of the latest Windows 10 release and Android mobile devices can enjoy easy cross platform access to media and texts.

Generally speaking, if you have automatic updates installed, the Windows 10 October 2018 update will start going out in waves on October 9th.

Windows 10 October 2018 Update includes a number of new features. Via Your Phone you can text your friends and group message from the comfort of your PC keyboard. To do this click in the search box in the taskbar, type "Check for updates", and once in the control panel click the "Check for updates" option. Windows 10 gets new features, and your phone gets new apps to connect them.

Any OEMs would rather you have to purchase new hardware at your own expense in order to get OEM made PC/Laptop support for the latest OS/Driver support on any device.

If you can't wait to receive the update, then check out our guide to getting the Windows 10 October 2018 Update straight away. It's also possible to now download this version from Microsoft's Download Windows 10 website in ISO form. The new version of windows includes the first public release of Microsoft's ray-tracing API, DirectX Raytracing. The Windows update adds DirectX Ray-Tracing support, finally giving those newfangled cards a proper reason to exist.

The update can also be found via Microsoft's early adopter program, Windows Insider, if the Slow Ring cadence is selected, and the company's Visual Studio Subscriptions, and Software Download Centre. Line Focus helps you highlight particular areas on screen, perhaps when you're showing off content to a class. For iPhone users, the only supported feature at the moment is the ability to send a webpage link from your PC to your phone. If you want to snap a screenshot, all you have to do is press the Windows key + Shift + S, and a snipping toolbar will appear. Available in preview on Android with the Microsoft Launcher now. So enjoy your Azure days on Sat-Nads Cloud Desktop Services business model becaues you will have to pay to play or get the Windows S (Mode) treatment on your PC/Laptop with very little usefull OS/Application functionality provided.
