Indonesia's Lombok Island hit by deadly earthquake
Local disaster official Agung Pramuja said 32 people were confirmed dead, many from northern and western parts of Lombok. One survivor said people were injured by falling debris.
Soldiers have pulled a man alive from the rubble of a large mosque flattened by an quake, killing at least 105 people on the Indonesian island of Lombok, while thousands of homeless villagers waited for aid on Tuesday and stranded tourists camped at beaches and in the lobbies of damaged hotels.
The agency warned all of the numbers were likely to increase as search operations continued Monday.

Rescuers still have not reached some devastated parts of the Indonesian tourist island of Lombok after a powerful natural disaster flattened houses and toppled bridges.
"We were sitting there having dinner at about 7 o'clock last night, we just felt really big sort of shaking and the lights went off and everyone just ran", said Australian tourist Kim Liebelt as he waited with other travellers for a flight out at Lombok's global airport.

At least one person, an Indonesian holidaymaker, was killed on the Gili islands while another tourist died on nearby Bali, which is a major destination.
"We are still gathering together in the dark without any electricity." said Najmul Akhyar, the head of North Lombok district.
An initial tsunami warning of waves of up to half a metre was issued following the quake but later withdrawn.
