Angelina Jolie Is 'Fueled By Anger' Amid Rumors She Could Lose Custody Of Her Kids To Brad Pitt

"Given the informal arrangements around the payment of the children's expenses have not been regularly sustained by [Pitt] for over a year and a half, [Jolie] intends to file an RFO [a request for a court order] for the establishment of a retroactive child support order", the filing read.

"Brad has fulfilled his financial commitments, so it's unfortunate that anyone would misrepresent the situation and continue to play this out in the press", a friend of Pitt told ABC News. Among them: a visitation schedule was determined for the summer, and Jolie was ordered to provide Pitt with the children's cell phone numbers and arrange a phone call for the kids and their doctors to explain that "the court has determined that each of them are safe with their father".

In a new court filing, the 43-year-old Maleficent star accused her estranged husband, 54, of failing to pay "meaningful child support" for their six children in the more than year-and-a-half since the couple split.

Though the actress has primary custody of their brood, this past June, a judge in the divorce case made several demands meant to ensure that Pitt remains close to his kids.

Just when we thought the dramatic divorce proceedings between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt (aka Brangelina) were coming to a close, it seems there's a new wrinkle to the almost two-year battle. All Brad's interested in is reaching a mutually beneficial agreement over the custody of the children, and then ending the marriage, period'. Jolie has sought sole custody of the children.

A TMZ report previously claimed Jolie was fighting Pitt "so hard and nasty" that her lawyer, Laura Wasser, was ready to quit. Their eldest son Maddox was adopted from Cambodia in 2002.

People close to Pitt think that Jolie pre-emptively filed the papers as a warning shot, because Pitt had told her he wanted to restart the formal divorce process.

But a source claims to ET that Jolie's latest move is in retaliation over the actress being ordered by a judge in June to help fix her children's relationship with Pitt.

When asked how Jolie was coping (as seen in the video above), she said, "My focus is my children, our children, and my focus is finding this way through".
