Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Multiplayer Trailer Has First Look At Battle Royale Mode

Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Multiplayer Beta Trailer Teases Battle Royale

Given that Black Ops 4 is releasing on October 12, this is likely the last big news you'll hear from Sledgehammer until its next Call of Duty game arrives in 2020, so now's a good time to press F to pay your respects and say goodbye to WW2 for good.

If you are interested in zombies, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will be right up your alley.

LIMITED EDITION SPECIALIST ICON PATCHES - Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 reintroduces the fan-favorite Specialists, each with their own unique weapon, equipment, and icons. This differs from the generic multiplayer soldiers in previous Call of Duty titles. This features teams alternating between attacking and defending two objectives.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 won't include a traditional campaign mode when it launches in October, but in its place will be the series' take on battle royale, dubbed "Blackout". Unfortunately, this will not be playable in the upcoming multiplayer beta; however, players will be able to give it a try in the separate Blackout beta which is expected to launch in September.

We also had the chance to see some of the mechanics used in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout, with the use of vehicles and items.

Players who participate in the beta will earn some exclusive rewards that will carry over to the full game. According to Call of Duty fan site, Charlie Intel, multiple gamers have received access to preload the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 beta early. This can be applied to any piece of Create-a-Class content.

It appears the iron is hot enough and Activision is now striking to get the word out about the Battle Royale Mode for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
