Sony accidentally uploads entire movie - instead of trailer

Originally spotted by CBR, the movie was uploaded to Youtube and stayed there for about eight hours before Sony finally caught on and took it down.

"Khali the Killer: Official Red Band Trailer Now on DVD & Digital" inadvertently became the longest film "trailer" ever.

Some movie trailers can be too revealing, and then there's what Sony Pictures recently put out.

In those eight hours it did invite some attention from YouTube users, but in the midst of all this, the film got an exposure of a different kind.

However, it appears Sony have realised their mistake and after it being live for six hours, have taken the film down.

Khali The Killer was filmed back in 2016, and was supposed to hit the big screen later this year in August. Khali the Killer is available to purchase from Apple and Amazon, and can also be rented through YouTube.

For those who missed this chance, the film is now available on rent or digital purchase. Were they not surprised to see why the upload was taking so long?

The drama tells the tale of East L.A hitman Khali who, after deciding to retire, decides to take one final job to pay for his dying grandmother's care. But when he begins to develop empathy for his intended targets, he's confronted with a hard decision.
