Halloween actress and fellow actor kidnapped and tortured

Actress and actor were victims in violent kidnapping plot that led to viral arrest video officials

According to available information, the incident began with Jones and Neal stealing McCrackin's Lexus, and then later obtaining a gun and bringing Stewart in.

"It is sad that she had to go through that, and I feel bad for any of my neighbors if they go through something like that", said the woman.

It was a stunning scene that outraged a California community - a seemingly harmless woman, held at gunpoint by five police officers during a dramatic traffic stop.

Jones and Neal then allegedly took McCrackin back to her home and stole her vehicle.

Amber Neal, the woman who was arrested at the Inglewood Starbucks on Monday, was also allegedly involved. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed Tuesday that the woman in the video was Neal. The suspects allegedly attacked the actors, and pistol-whipped and blindfolded Capone before driving him and McCrackin to Jones' home a few miles away in Compton, authorities said.

Actress Daisy McCrackin (pictured above, left) and actor Joseph Capone (not pictured) are recovering after being the subjects of a horrifying - and almost deadly - kidnapping and extortion plot that lasted more than 30 hours in late May.

Capone was "beat, punched, and kicked" at some point after attempting to come to the defense of McCrackin. McCrackin, whose film credits include Halloween: Resurrection and She Rises, eventually wrote a check for $10,000 to Neal, who deposited it into her account, according to prosecutors.

The alleged kidnappers then drove McCrackin home, where she escaped and was able to call police, officials said.

The three suspects are being held on a number of charges, including kidnapping, assault with a firearm, grand theft, conspiracy and possession for sale of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Bail was set at $1 million for Jones and Neal, and $2.08 million for Stewart. It wasn't immediately known when the others were taken into custody.

Jones and Neal are behind bars, each in lieu of a $1 million bond.

According to a news release by the Los Angeles District Attorney Stewart and Jones face a maximum possible sentence of life in state prison without the possibility of parole if convicted as charged.
