Appearing on a different Sunday talk show on CBS News, his National Security Advisor John Boltonsaid that the U.S. has developed a programme to dismantle North Korea's nuclear weapons.

USA defense analysts have said North Korea retains as many as 60 nuclear bombs and a range of missiles.
"The president is essentially taking North Korea's side", he said Tuesday night.
What are arms control wonks looking for from North Korea? The Pentagon has said it is a diplomatic issue, with casket-like carrying cases waiting at the DMZ for an agreement between North Korean and US delegations.
