First Man Poster Takes One Small Step for Poster Kind

The 37-year-old actor stars in the upcoming Neil Armstrong movie First Man and he debuted the first trailer for the film on the show.

As noted by NME, the trailer first appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live", where Gosling and Kimmel wore spacesuits for the "first-ever interview in space".

Are you looking forward to First Man? A visceral, first-person account, based on the book by James R. Hansen, the movie will explore the sacrifices and the cost-on Armstrong and on the nation-of one of the most risky missions in history. However, on viewing the trailer [VIDEO] of "First Man", it is clear that Armstrong went through some terrifying and uncertain days, training for his mission to the moon.


Directed by La La Land's Damien Chazelle, the movie features Gosling and the Oscar-winning director reuniting to tell the incredible story of the first man on the moon. "You're not just going to work".

Chazelle's filmmaking talents, accompanied by Gosling and Foy's acting chops, are sure to make First Man a memorable, visceral account of one of the most iconic moments in USA history - and a top contender come awards season. The film also stars Jason Clarke, Kyle Chandler, Patrick Fugit, Ciaran Hinds, Ethan Embry, Shea Whigham, Corey Stoll, and Pablo Schreiber.

The trailer begins with Armstrong (Ryan Gosling) entertaining the idea of becoming the first man to land on the moon.
