Enugu - Former Green Eagles Goalkeeper, Emmanuel Okala, has hailed Super Eagles' Technical Adviser, Coach Gernot Rohr, for the World Cup provisional list, saying it was "a good list, with promising players".

"It is a true reflection of what most Nigerians wanted, " Amaraizu said on Tuesday in Enugu. I'm honoured to be listed in the World Cup provisional squad.

He said that he had known Simeon Nwankwo for some years now, even from the time he played in Nnaka League in Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra.

"Bearing this in mind, I make bold to tell you that the players will surprise the world and themselves at the Mundial".

Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has revealed that the absence of goalkeeper Carl Ikeme is his biggest regret going into next month's World Cup in Russian Federation.
