Luke made Kylo Ren angry on purpose

Written and directed by Rian Johnson, Star Wars: The Last Jedi stars Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong'o, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Gwendoline Christie, Andy Serkis, Laura Dern, Kelly Marie Tran and Benicio del Toro.

Regardless of how the film was perceived, the Star Wars movie train continues to chug along.

The Last Jedi begins by depicting Luke Skywalker as a crusty old hermit with blue milk in his beard, toward the end of the film we see Luke seemingly appear as his younger self as he faces down Kylo Ren on the surface of Crait.

I should stay out of this but... were ANY aspects of force use in the OT (force grabbing objects, force ghosts, even the jedi mind trick) explicitly "set up" before they happened? And it occurred to me last night that what does happen when I watch movies.is I generally find things that are like, 'hmmm, I wonder if I should do that differently.' Which is some really awful form of personal criticism because there's really nothing to be done.

"I typed Episode VIII out on a MacBook Air".

It's a fair point.

In a new video made by Tourism Ireland, Hamill, who plays iconic Star Wars hero Skywalker, said: "To come back to Ireland was a great treat for all of us because the beauty of that country is unmatched". "And when the Force is referred to or felt, we want to hear the Force theme, and so on". But this movie I've seen now a couple times with an audience.

We don't know much else about "Episode IX". "The one between Kylo and Rey and Snoke's people is just jaw dropping". This would certainly be taking the idea to an extreme, but we're certainly led to believe that what Luke does is extreme.

Tourism Ireland has launched the final phase of its latest Star Wars campaign, targeting fans of the science fiction franchise around the world. "For security it was "air-gapped" - never connected to the internet", Rian Johnson told the Wall Street Journal in an interview.
