Unlocked from the get-go is New Game Plus and New Game Minus modes, alongside the ability to switch between the original score, re-orchestrated score or soundtrack. A high-definition remaster called Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age landed on the PlayStation 4 a year ago, adding trophy support, a re-orchestrated soundtrack with more tracks and improved technical performance.

Along with the same improvements and content found in the PS4 release, the Steam version of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age will include some new features tailored for PC.

For example, the PC version of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age will let you give yourself max License Points and Gil from the configuration screen and choose between the original, reorchestrated and soundtrack versions of the soundtrack. Square Enix has promised a solid 60fps, with ultra-wide 21:9 compatibilities.

Square Enix has provided additional information about the upcoming Dissidia Final Fantasy NT season pass after a special Japanese livestream debuted ahead of the game's Japanese launch.
