Call of Duty WW2 Zombies - The Darkest Shore DLC Revealed

Call of Duty WW2 Zombies - The Darkest Shore DLC Revealed

This new Nazi Zombie content is part of the Resistance DLC pack that will arrive on PS4 later this month and on other platforms approximately 30 days later.

Part of the upcoming Call of Duty: WW2 "The Resistance" DLC, The Darkest Shore will thrust players deep in an island in northern Germany riddled with undead.

Here's a look at The Darkest Shore, which is the next chapter in Call of Duty: WW2's Nazi Zombies saga.

In addition to dealing with the zombies on the island, in The Darkest Shore map, you'll have to contend with Nazi air and sea forces surrounding the island.

Marie, Drostan, Olivia, and Jefferson will need to fight off legions of war-ready zombies, as well as survive Nazi airstrikes, strafing runs, and naval artillery barrages. Ving Rhames, Elodie Yung, David Tennant, Udo Kier, and Katheryn Winnick return to lend their voices to the cast, and the trailer really makes me wish Activision would just make a full single-player campaign for Nazi Zombies.

Aside from a new zombie map, The Resistance DLC brings in three new maps to play in: Valkyrie, Anthropoid, and Occupation. You can get this content by either purchasing the season pass for $49.99 or by buying it a la carte for $14.99. Sadly, PC and Xbox One owners will likely have to wait until late February/early March to download the expansion.
