The separatists have called for peaceful protests after the Friday prayers tomorrow against the decision of US President Donald Trump, recognising Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

"As terrorist attacks, political upheaval, and violence often take place without any warning, USA citizens are strongly encouraged to maintain a high level of vigilance and take appropriate steps to increase their security awareness when traveling", it reads.

President Donald Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital could incite extremists in the region - making conditions "favorable to terrorism" against USA targets, Iraq's government warned Thursday.

The State Department previously issued a travel warning for Israel on April 11, 2017. "These facilities may temporarily close or periodically suspend public services to assess their security posture".

"Americans in Jordan are encouraged to maintain a low profile and to remain alert to developments", the message said.

"U.S. citizens overseas are urged to monitor the local news and maintain contact with the nearest us embassy or consulate", the State Department, according to The Hill, said on Wednesday.

He also proclaimed Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Jerusalem remains at the core of the Israel-Palestine conflict, with Palestinians hoping that East Jerusalem - now occupied by Israel - might eventually serve as the capital of a future Palestinian state.

"Kashmiris across the valley will stage peaceful protests against the USA decision after the Friday prayers tomorrow", the separatists, under the banner of the Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL), said in a statement.

"It is time for all civilized nations and people to respond to disagreement with reasoned debate-not senseless violence-and for young and moderate voices across the Middle East to claim for themselves a bright and attractive future".

In a statement, Al-Abadi warned on the repercussions this measure will have on the stability in the region and the world.

Turkey, a US and North Atlantic Treaty Organisation ally, threatened to sever ties with Israel if the USA were to make such a declaration and the Palestinians said they would cut off contact with their US government liaisons, CBS News reported.

The U.S embassy has been located in Tel Aviv for seven decades.
