Actually, "deals" is a bit of a strong word, as numerous listings simply offer hit games like Nier: Automata for the same price that you'd find them in a brick-and-mortar store. This year, The Game Awards started the surprise reveals early with the announcement of a World War Z video game during the pre-show. Looking at the trailer, World War Z appears to be a survival shooter title, as you try to live against the zombie hordes. Featuring massive swarms of zombies who rush their living prey, World War Z is in production for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One and Windows PC.

It's in development by Saber Interactive, and it's "coming soon". Until then, you can enjoy the short teaser trailer above. World War Z will release in 2018. It's anyone's guess as to how closely this game will be following either the book or the movie, though I'm personally hoping for a much stronger focus on the book. Once we know more info about it, we'll be sure to let readers know.
