Honor 7X launch price in India sale

Honor is all set to launch it Honor 7X smartphone today for India today at an event in London. The smartphone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system and has the Huawei Emotion UI 5.1 (EMUI) user interface.

Under the hood, the device is powered by a Kirin 659 octa-core SoC paired with either 4GB of RAM. However it is not clear that which variants will be launched in India.

The front camera is 13MP and the smartphone is powered by Android 8.0 with EMUI 8.0 on top and has a 3750 mAh battery. The smartphone comes with a 5.9-inch FullHD+ display with a tall 18:9 aspect ratio.

V10 offers a 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 13-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

There are three memory variants of the smartphone - 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage, 6GB RAM + 64GB onboard storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage.

The storage in all variants is expandable up to 256GB through hybrid dual-SIM configuration where second SIM slot doubles as a MicroSD card holder.

In terms of specifications, the V10 features a 5.99-inch display with a 2160 x 1080 pixel resolution. Also, you won't find Huawei's cheeky TrueDepth Camera clone here; the View 10 will only come with a more conventional face unlock feature, but that won't arrive until a future OTA update. (Honor released the 6X back in January.) Battery power gets a major boost, with a single charge meant to last more than a day, and able to stream at least 12 hours of video - and 91 hours of music.

We also know that in the United Kingdom you'll be able to buy the phone on contract from Three at the start of next year, although we don't know the exact release date. The large aperture (F/0.95 - F/16) gives images a DSLR-level depth of field effect. It measures 156.50 x 75.30 x 7.60 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 165.00 grams.

Other features are self-explanatory as seen above, but items not mentioned include a fingerprint sensor, a headphone jack, dual-SIM capability in certain markets, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and an older Micro-B connection rather than the reversible USB-C port we would've liked to see.
