Star Wars: Star Tours Debuting Multiple New 'The Last Jedi' Sequences

Did a Star Wars: The Last Jedi poster confirm Rey turning to the dark side?

Mark Hamill shocked fans at Disneyland

Fans of the Star Wars saga have officially begun the countdown to The Last Jedi, with some already purchasing their tickets for opening night, as they went on presale the same day the last theatrical trailer was released.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi lands in theaters on December 15. [The Last Jedi is] not this big adventure that I'm on with John [Boyega].

Mark Hamill wants nothing to do with the cynicism surrounding the Porgs in The Last Jedi and he will continue his crusade to troll Star Wars fans at every turn he gets. As the release date approaches, Disney and Lucasfilm release more promotional items - from posters to figurines - the latest of these being a new IMAX poster.

Fans knew that one new segment would debut on November 17 that would take guests on a journey to Crait, but the blog has now confirmed that there will be two segments that will feature planets explored in the upcoming film.

But there is a new element: Rey (Daisy Ridley) has a sweet cape.

With Daisy Ridley taking center stage, the poster shows Rey turning away from Luke, Leia, and our other heroes, leaning more towards the villainous Kylo Ren and Captain Phasma. This poster follows the red theme seen in previous posters - including individual ones - with red paint over a light gray background and Rey as the only character wearing a red cloak.

"I didn't think I was good in the first film, and I was struggling with that", she told Elle UK.

With the end of the current "Star Wars" trilogy looming in the horizon, director Rian Johnson announces he is working on another one, and it is set to launch the 40-year-old franchise on a new track.
