The film made Rs. 62 lakhs on Friday, Rs. 1.16 crores on Saturday and Rs. 1.69 crores on Sunday (week 4). It opened to a blockbuster opening score of Rs 30 crores. It has thus become the first film of 2017 to enter the Rs 200 crore club.
Trade Analyst, Taran Adarsh, took to Twitter to announce this phenomenal feat achieved by the film. "Taran Adarsh tweeted: "#GolmaalAgain crosses $ 7 million / ₹ 45 cr mark OVERSEAS.
In India alone, the movie has collected Rs 199.74 crore!
"Golmaal Again" seems to be unstoppable at the box-office as the Ajay Devgn starrer crossed the 200-crore mark today at the Indian box-office. Total:? 201.43 cr. India biz. The film is now the second highest-grossing film of 2017 after Baahubali: The Conclusion, beating out Varun Dhawan's Judwaa 2. Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn have worked together for the various movies, also the Singham returns movie was the Ajay Devgn's highest grossing movie.
