Arkansas quarterback Cole Kelley was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with DWI.

Bret Bielema, head coach for the Razorbacks, issued a statement following Kelley's arrest.

Now, details have emerged in Kelley's arrest, as the arrest report has been obtained from the Fayetteville District Court.

A police report shows the 20-year-old refused a breathalyzer test. His bond was set at $935.

The six-foot-seven Louisiana native was pulled over around 4 a.m. after an officer witnessed Kelley driving with his two passenger-side tires up on the curb, according to ArkansasOnline.com. After pulling over the truck, the officer observed the driver had "red and watery" eyes. He did not consent to a portable breath test but provided a urine sample.

After suffering a toe injury on Saturday, Kelley was reportedly wearing a medical brace and was not asked to perform other parts of the standard field test. Kelley was booked into the Washington County Detention Center at 8:47 a.m. and released about three hours later.

In the loss to LSU, Kelley completed 3 of 10 for 33 yards with an interception. He has played in nine games this season, completing 87 of 151 passes for 1,038 yards, with eight touchdowns and four interceptions.
