Panasonic Eluga I5 Price in India

Panasonic electronics company has released a budget-entry handset In India, called Eluga I5, expanding its Eluga series.

Carried a such an attractive price tag, the Panasonic Eluga I5 is now already made available for purchase in India exclusively via e-commerce website Flipkart.com in Black and Gold colour options.

As per the Flipkart listing, the Panasonic Eluga I5 features a 5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display with 720×1280 pixels resolution and Asahi Dragontrail glass protection.


Panasonic is likely to launch another smartphone in its Eluga series of smartphones in India. As we tell you above Eluga I5 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, which is quite good for the phones under this price range. As the Japanese vendor promised earlier, it would be launching about 15 smartphones for the Indian market in this current year and all of them would be priced under Rs. 15,000. It is powered by 1.25 GHz Quad-Core Processor combined with 2GB RAM + 16 GB ROM, expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card. At the front, the smartphone features a 5MP selfie snapper. The rear side of the phone is where its primary camera and fingerprint sensor are located.

The dual SIM smartphone comes with several connectivity options including 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, FM Radio, A-GPS and micro USB OTG to connect external memory devices. The device measures 143 x 71 x 7.5mm and weighs 145.5 grams. On the battery front, the Panasonic Eluga I5 is fuelled by a decent 2,500mAh battery. The storage capacity on the device can be further expanded up to 128GB via micro SD card slot.

In terms of the optics, the Eluga I5 has a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash, five-piece lens and a f/2.2 aperture while the front-facing camera has a 5 MP sensor and three-piece lens.
