Apple just pushed an iOS update to fix that

iOS 11.1.1 includes bug fixes for your iPhone or iPad. Go to settings, then General, then Software Update, and tap Download and Install.

The letter "i" is a pretty common thing for people to type, so it's easy to see how this autocorrect bug could get pretty annoying pretty fast.

Several people have taken to Apple's support forum in order to alert the company to an issue surrounding Global Positioning System; according to the users, their location appears to drift off from where they actually are.

The good news is that Apple pushed a update to iOS that specifically addressed the issue on Thursday, six days after the problem started cropping up. The feature allows users to access the app switcher by pressing on the left edge of the display.

Haven't upgraded to iOS 11?

When Apple Pay launched in September 2014, United Kingdom iPhone users did not receive the feature until nearly a year later (July 2015). You'll want to have the latest version of iOS 11.1.1 installed. Developers in the US reportedly saw the the Apple Pay Cash option appear in the Messages app on the iOS 11.2 beta this week.

As TechCrunch notes, users will need to use two-factor authentication with the Apple ID used with Apple Pay Cash.

The new Apple Pay improvements are also expected in the upcoming Apple Watch update watchOS 4.2.
