Bharti AIrtel brings data rollover for broadband

Under the Rs 399 postpaid monthly plan, Airtel is now offering 10GB of 4G data and free local and STD incoming calls.

Airtel recently announced the new postpaid plan called "infinity postpaid" with a number of benefits. "It will allow customers to do more with their devices on India's leading smartphone network and always stay connected", Ajai Puri, Chief Operating Officer (India and South Asia), Airtel said. Airtel users who will opt for the plan will also get free subscription to Wynk Music and Airtel Live TV. The Company's users can avail free outgoing calls on National Roaming to go with unlimited local and STD calls and 20 GB 4G/3G data at just Rs 499 per month under the scheme. Additionally, users will also get Data Rollover meaning that the unused data will be carry forwarded to the next billing cycle. The plan comes with 6 months of validity and it also offers unlimited local and STD calls.

George Mathen, CEO - Homes, Bharti Airtel, said, "At Airtel, our constant endeavour is to deliver best in class service experience and great value to our customers". On the other hand, for prepaid users Airtel has rolled out a new plan which offers free roaming, voice and data benefits.


The pack is available to all customers across India on any 4G/3G/2G device. For broadband users, the facility is effective Tuesday itself, and is being extended to all users, irrespective of whether they have upgraded to the V-Fiber network that Airtel is heavily promoting. The recharge pack is available to all customers across India and it can be activated by visiting any Airtel retail outlet or via MyAirtel app.

Existing Airtel broadband customers can check their eligibility for the data rollover facility through the MyAirtel app.

Airtel has also refreshed its Rs 349 plan to offer more data at the existing price. However, the validity of the plan will be same 28 days.
