Helmed by Advait Chndan, "Secret Superstar" is a story about Insu (Zaira Wasim) who aspires to be a singer.

To honor the business that Aamir Khan has got the Australian ticket windows, the Australian International Film Convention has honored Dangal with the award of the highest grossing foreign film on Australian soil for the year 2017. Then in "PK" he did something unpredictable again and now in "Dangal" he played an old father, and that puts apart Aamir from any other Superstar.

Aamir said that has not been charging a fee for his films for a long time now and is the last person who gets his share of remuneration.

"I thought if I do this film, then I will become old and fat".

"Unfortunately, what has happened is that most of our stars are male". Because as kids, whatever stories we have heard, have seen boys as heroes and saviours. "You will find women doing very important jobs, there are directors - Reema Kagti and Kiran Rao are there", he says. While Aamir said, "He flirts with girls".

Every film, Aamir stressed, has only "two or three" people in the whole cast and crew, who can bring people to the theatres. According to an insider, "Aamir's depiction of Shakti Kumarr is based on music composer Anu Malik". I strongly feel all the people in the creative team are contributing equally and should be paid equally. "Which is that you perform for everybody and you take out your cap and if people like your work, they give you money and if they don't, they turn their back at you and leave". Aamir's role is smaller than Zaira's in the film. "No". I think we are moving in the right direction.

The film is in the news for many things, but do you know that Secret Superstar will hit screens 10 years after Aamir Khan's production house Aamir Khan Productions released Taare Zameen Par, featuring Darsheel Safari in the lead role.
