Kourtney Kardashian reveals she slept in her own sick on her birthday trip to Mexico

In an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" that aired Sunday, the soon-to-be mother of three discussed her issues with body dysmorphia after photos were released of her on a Mexican vacation.

Discussing paparazzi photos of herself on the beach in Mexico, Kim said: "You take pictures, and if they're not ideal, people just body shame you and criticise you".

During the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim accompanied her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, on a four-day girls' trip to Mexico to celebrate her birthday, US Weekly reported. "And if they're not, like, flawless people just, like, body-shame you. for people to just think that's OK is so frustrating".

But Kim's anxiety didn't stop there.

In June, Kim accused people of Photoshopping the snaps to make them look worse. She also spoke about the state of dysmorphia that her body goes through.

After discovering the photos spreading like wildfire on the internet, Kim immediately had to "go inside and just start untagging" herself from the pictures on Instagram.

"People think I'm so confident and I'm so secure, and I'm not". Kim revealed in a testimonial that she trusts Joe because, "He had a really bad situation where he was kidnapped".

Kourtney then joked that, after all of Kim's anxiety on the trip, she "won't be invited" next time.

"It's just that I don't want it to be said that 'Kim was here.' I just don't want to be in the mix the way that I used to", Kim told her friends.

KIM Kardashian shows off her incredible figure in nothing but a black mesh bra and a leather coat as she pops out of her vehicle to buy a sweet treat - in this case, a bag of Haribo.

Later, back at home, Kim's best friend Jonathan Cheban made a decision to approach the subject with humor because, that's what best friends are for.

"I've become socially awkward for sure".

The episode showed Kim's horror on full display as she found out how different her body looked in the pictures shot.

Speaking on the family's E! reality show, she added: "I have such anxiety just going places".
