LG V30 Plus said to launch alongside V30

If these reports are true, then LG's upcoming V30 Plus smartphone will be taking Samsung's yet-to-be-launched #Galaxy Note 8 smartphone head on. The LG camera phone V30 will be released much before its expected deadline and its blueprint has been leaked online.

LG will finally unveil the LG V30 on August 31 during IFA 2017, but it will not be the only LG smartphone that will be announced at the event. Tech Radar reported that Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and LG V30 Plus will go on sale on three local carriers on September 15, making it hard for customers to narrow down to a single device.

LG is planning to launch a plus-size variant of the LG V30, aptly called LG V30 Plus, during its upcoming IFA event, ETNews reported. The two devices will also differ in two other essential feature as well: wireless charging and Hi-Fi audio playback, though we are not sure which phone gets what.

It's not abundantly clear whether both cameras in LG's dual-camera setup will benefit from these improvements, but it is obvious where LG is putting the emphasis with the V30, The Verge says. The LG V30 phone will come storage capacity 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB that can be further extended via SD card.

There will be an LG V30 Plus, and it will also be shown off at the end of August. Well, we are just doing guesswork here. As for the pricing, the former will be sold at around $700 (roughly Rs. 45,000), while the Plus variant will carry a price tag of $875 (approximately Rs. 56,000). What are the differences and similarities of the two smartphones? That being said, the V30 will also have to go some way in improving on the design, which I felt took a step back a year ago with the big and chunky V20. We believe the LG V30 will not have the secondary screen, although it could have a similar feature with a software based always-on display section that floats.
