Fleck and Kyle Tanner, a patient from the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital. Kyle shot a shirt revealing the scholarship at Juenemann, who made a nice play.

Fleck then handed an air cannon loaded with a t-shirt to Kyle, and told him to fire a shirt at Juenemann.

Coach Fleck spoke of Juenemann's character as a representation of the team and university's values and how he embodies the type of person they strive to develop on the team. When the kicker opened the shirt, it read "Justin, congrats on earning a scholarship!"

Juenemann appeared on ESPN's Sportscenter to discuss the scholarship on Thursday.

In a video on the football team's Facebook page, Fleck finds a creative way to award a full scholarship for the senior year of a player who hasn't even seen playing time.

"He could easily just not do it and nobody would ever say anything". What we can do for other people.

Justin had no idea what Kyle, and coach Fleck, had in store as thanks for his giving back. "This was truly an experience I will never forget!"

The season hasn't even started yet, but Juenemann is already a big victor.

Juenemann is a redshirt senior who hasn't seen game action for the Gophers in his three years on the team.
