The French FA (FFF) has confirmed it has collected the document, stating via their official Twitter account: "The FFF confirms the receipt of the transfer certificate of Neymar, which was sent by the RFEF".

FIFA told the AP it "has not been contacted by the FFF (French Football Federation) in connection with the player Neymar and the ITC procedure".

Now free of financial fair play limitations, PSG know that they have until 2019 to get their books in order and are confident they will be able to justify their purchase of Neymar and the potential acquisition of Mbappe at high initial cost through various commercial avenues.

Last week they ripped up the record books with the capture of Brazilian star Neymar from Barcelona for £199m.

"I don't need to tell you that the Spanish federation is having some problems at the moment", Le Graet told L'Equipe.

PSG got off to the flawless start to the Ligue 1 season last week by beating newly promoted Amiens 2-0.

The 18-year-old, who only made his first-team breakthrough last season, has been the subject of constant transfer speculation in the off season after a scintillating first season in professional football.

PSG are now hoping their £360m front line can help them dominate Ligue 1 and the Champions League.

Spanish publication Marca report that there is no turning back and the Parisians have secured Mbappe from under the nose of Real Madrid.

Abidal added: "Right now, Monaco is the best club for him".

Nice, who have the first leg of their Champions League play-off against Napoli on Wednesday, kick off the second weekend at home to promoted Troyes today without their two star players the injured Mario Balotelli and new signing Wesley Sneijder.
