Sanjay Dutt and Manyata Dutt grace the trailer launch of Bhoomi

After treating Sanjay Dutt's fans with intriguing posters of his comeback film Bhoomi, the makers have now finally released its trailer. The poster will tug your heartstrings with a poignant Sanjay holding Aditi Rao Hydari in a protective hug.

Sanjay Dutt plays a single father to Aditi Rao Hydari, who is the apple of his eye. "I liked the story very much because it's the tale of a father and daughter's relationship". The 59 year old actor said, "I know that recently Sridevi, Raveena Tandon also did similar movies where they play the protector but a father protecting his daughter is something else all together".

Bhoomi, which marks Omung Kumar's third project after successful films like Mary Kom and Sarabjit, has been extensively shot in Agra.

The 2 minutes and 44 seconds trailer promises a lot of action, vengeance and drama with Sanjay Dutt back in his angry avatar. Sanjay Dutt looks old yet fierce in the trailer. "He'll always protect her". Here's the 2nd poster, trailer out tom!

The Vaastav star released the film on his daughter Trisha's birthday that falls on August 10. Produced by T-Series & Legend Studios and directed by Omung Kumar, Bhoomi releases worldwide on September 22nd, 2017. Both Dutt and Aditi Rao Hydari looked absolutely flawless, as did Sharad Kelkar in the role of the antagonist in the film.
