The 2018 Accord is lower and wider than its predecessor, and it boasts a longer wheelbase. Midsize sedans, after all, have often been described as "boring", and while the article is nearly four years old as of this writing, Jalopnik did primarily include sedans when it listed the 10 most boring cars consumers could buy.

The all-new accord has got several changes including a more provocative design, improved dimensions as well as new and more efficient engine options.

It remains to be seen how automotive reviewers will react in general to the 2018 Honda Accord, what with early reviews still coming in slowly but surely.

Right now Honda has not yet revealed the official date on what the Accord 2018 will do its first debut in India.

With three advanced powertrains, including all-new 1.5L and 2.0L turbocharged and a next generation two-motor hybrid system, this Accord will be the most fun-to-drive and fuel-efficient model yet. The company teased the new Accord through a sketch in June.

Transmission choices include a continuously variable transmission, a 6-speed manual or 10-speed automatic.

The 2018 Honda Accord has been unveiled in the United States, making its global debut in the automotive market. The New York Daily News wrote that the new Accord may "likely set new standards in the midsize auto segment", as reviewer Christian Wardlaw praised the car's sleek, revamped design, as well as its new engine offerings for the 2018 model year. With outer body resembling German sports sedans, Accord 2018 is ultimate when it comes to exteriors.

The 2.0 litre engine, as per Honda is very similar in design to the 2017 Civic Type R engine and it produces about 252HP with 273 lb. -ft. of torque. Even the vehicle gets new engine options, including 1.5-litre and 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol mills, which also comes with the Civic Type-R.
