"Having an adult child of the president who is actively engaged in the work of the administration is new ground", Jamie Gorelickk told Politico of Ivanka Trump, who would be the president's "eyes and ears". Though the president's eldest daughter now holds no official title in the White House, she is working out of a West Wing office and will soon get access to classified information, even though she is not technically serving as a government employee.

The suit references the boost in publicity Ivanka's line garnered after daddy Trump dragged Nordstrom for dropping her and of course, Kellyanne's contribution, which allegedly saw sales increase by 346 percent from January to February.

Ivanka Trump, woman-for-campaign-purposes and daughter of a poorly-executed pumpkin pie that was set on the window to cool and accidentally fell out, has several "fashion" lines that everyone seems to have collectively made a decision to no longer fuck with. However, she was still calling the shots for her eponymous clothing line, the New York Times reported Monday. "In order to avoid having the case dismissed early on, the plaintiffs have something of an uphill battle here, as they will have to prove that Trump's company planned to commit a crime (that is for the conspiracy charge) and also, that the brand has engaged in illegal, fraudulent, and/or "unfair" business practices". She stepped down from her position at the Trump Organization before her father's inauguration, but still owns her own fashion label.

"She has no skin in the game other than, 'I'm giving you my point of view because I love you Dad and I want you to be successful, and you need to listen to me, '" Tom Barrack said.
