Professor Stephen Hawking to go to space with Virgin Atlantic

He said he wants to go on Virgin Spaceship Unity into space
Professor Stephen Hawking is heading into space after billionaire Richard Branson offered to take him on his Virgin Galactic spaceship - once it's actually ready to launch.
The cosmologist and physicist, 75, told Good Morning Britain he did not expect to ever have the opportunity to experience space.
On the meaning of life and happiness, Professor Hawking said: "My three children have brought me great joy".
"I think that measuring with precision human activity on the climate is something very challenging to do and there's tremendous disagreement about the degree of impact, so no, I would not agree that it's a primary contributor to the global warming that we see", Pruitt told CNBC.
Professor Hawking also spoke out on Brexit saying that leaving Europe "threatens Britain's status as a world leader in science and innovation".
In Monday's wide ranging interview, Hawking also had harsh words for Britons who voted to leave the European Union in last year's Brexit referendum.
In the same interview, Hawking said he feared he would not be welcome in Donald Trump's America, calling the United States president a "demagogue" appealing to an electorate "who are neither liberal, nor that well-informed".
"We should retain as many links as possible with Europe and the rest of the world, particularly China".
Hawking added that even though everyday life in the USA seems to be continuing much the same as it always has, he fears that the new administration will have a chilling effect on the scientific community.
'I was due to go into space with Virgin Galactic, courtesy of Richard Branson, but I fear the doctors won't allow it.
"His priority will be to satisfy his electorate who are neither liberal, nor that well-informed", Hawking added. "I don't believe there will be much chance of Labour winning an election under him".
He also predicted that Labour, which he backed during the 2015 election and would continue to support, would not win the next election under Jeremy Corbyn. "Trump was elected by people who felt disenfranchised by the governing elite in a revolt against globalization", he added, according to Mashable.
"I would never claim this, people who boast about their IQ are losers", Hawking said.
