Game Freak Job Ad Hints At A Nintendo Switch Pokemon Game

Game Freak is Hiring Designer to Make “Monster Models”
Mainline Pokemon developer Game Freak have posted several recruitment adverts for a console game, indicating there could be a Nintendo Switch game on the horizon.
Could this be the Pokemon Sun and Moon Switch spin-off, Pokemon Stars, that has always been rumoured?
A Pokémon game for the Switch would be a huge deal, of course, and it would be intriguing to see the direction that Game Freak would go with it.
There have been other reports in the past to support this theory as previous year, some evidence appeared that a Nintendo Switch Pokemon game was in development as Pokemon Star. Whether the ads are for the same game or not is unclear.
Spotted by Silicon Era, the first listing calls for 3D CG designers for a console project, and opens with "Here's a chance to work on the development of a globally popular RPG!" The characters that will be developed are described as cartoon-like, deformed people, monsters, and items.
We've been hearing rumors of a Pokemon Sun and Moon Switch port (codenamed Pokemon Stars) for months now, but nothing official has been announced. The character modeler position listing makes a point to mention the hunt for someone with experience creating character models at the level of Wii U and PS Vita while having a background in 3D modeling and animation software Maya.
Since it is a title that has been released for a long time, the development environment is also very well set.
